***UnrockEP001. Rangda. An underground-supergroup consisting of Chris Corsano (Björk), Ben Chasny (Six Organs Of Admittance) and Richard Bishop (Sun City Girls). Complex, exotic, instrumental rock with oriental taste. The  8 minutes epic “Silver Nile”, the centerpiece from their recent album “Formerly Extinct” is accompanied by a bone dry Version of “Night Porter”, performed long before the release of the album  version. “Serrated Edges”, an exploding wall of noise, caught the virus of  improvisation, and comes close to heavy free jazz at times. Similar dynamic structures can also be found on early SST releases. (Elliott Sharp, etc.). Limited edition of 400 copies.
